The one he's got attached in the video looks to be the 18-55 IS. I just bought one of these cameras, and the kit lens it came with was the 18-135 IS.

I bought Canon 60D..it was great and gives you crisp photos but I returned it and had it changed with Nikon 7000 because it can hold on to it's image quality with higher ISO where with canon 60D will create noise and fringe..

I just got one of these... What are the best setting's for indoor water polo? I have a sigma 2.8 zoom lens to use...

Turn on your camera, make sure you are in movie mode, press the menu button, goto the 2nd tab called movie record size, press set, move the dial to choose 24fps, press set, then exit out of the menu, you are now recording at 24fps. OR while in movie move press the info button until all the displays are showing, press the Q button, choose the frame rate, move the dial to change the frame rate and movie size.
