davomrmac Says:
No I think you have considered the right ones.
tyros8000 Says:
@davomrmac ok thanks, are there any others in a similar range you would consider? Ta.
davomrmac Says:
No out of those three I would probably go S95.
tyros8000 Says:
Would you recommend this over something like the s95, lx5 or zx1?

On the manual focus setting, the focus is adjusted by the up and down buttons above and below the Menu OK button. There is a little scale that appears on the screen and shows the current focus distance setting set for the lens.
wingger07 Says:
is there a focus ring to pull focus manually?
davomrmac Says:
It would fit, but a bit heavy for the pocket. Photo quality is superb.

TheToramas Says:
You can't use EVF on GRD.

If you read the links in the more info panel, there is a link to Smugmug which shows sample photos taken.

you missed the most important part of the review (according to me) : you didn't even press the shutter and take a picture in this video. I'm interested in the shutter lag and focusing speed of this camera. Explaining the menu is ok but it's hardly the most important thing in a cam review.
