Hi Mr Dom!! Great videos by the way! Just 1 question, if for example you have 3 Nikon speed lights set up as a studio using the CLS do you need to use a flash metre? Thanks in advance ;-)
westiegirl09 Says:
Some people have phobias of flashes and it's people like you that makes them scared to go out into the world!
dombower Says:
well thats just great. But having the ability to use flash opens up so many more opportunities than just constantly waiting for the natural light to change
westiegirl09 Says:
You know some people have careers doing NATURAL LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY!

Great info, Dom, thank you. One question; is Auto high speed FP the setting I need to use for indoor high speed photography, for instance, I'd like to capture photos of water droplets/splashes etc? I'm about to buy my first flash (managed to scrape together the cash for a SB900) to use with a Nikon D700.

The recycle on the brain is a real problem. Perhaps a power pack will help? lol

Tank you Dombower! Where is the button to turn that off in the camera menu, can't find it for some reason?
dombower Says:
you have red eye reduction on.
TamiJillSobe Says:
Hi, Nikon 600 is clicking 3 times before it actually goes off, any reason for this?
TamiJillSobe Says:
Hi, my Nikon 600 SB is clicking 3 times before the actual shutter goes off... causing a huge delay. Any reason for this? Is it on a weird setting? Any information will help, thanks!
dombower Says:
auto fp will have no effect on how blurry you have your background that is due to your aperture. FP means you can use a faster shutterspeed and if you can increase that to a point where you have to use a big aperture then you will get some more soft background but your flash power gets sucked down when you go into auto fp
