This is one of the PSN cross-play titles too. So if you own on the PS3, it's free to download on the Vita and vice versa. There's also some decent dlc for it like a snooker pack and weird shaped tables.

regarding the complaints about the control method: All of the motion and touch controls are optional (and bad), but the game can be played normally with the buttons and sticks, the way it was originally designed and intended to be played on the PS3.
