Well that's fine; different strokes for different folks, but most of the "civilized" world prefer their beef to be medium rare, not dried out and tough. But the point is you tried to claim he doesn't know anything about grilling, and he obviously does. He *wanted* to make that steak medium rare.
SzZsoel1 Says:
I'm a civilized man, not a lion or a wolf so I don't eat raw meat. But if somebody has relish for it... he can do it, it's not my business.

This guy is an executive chef for Morton's the Steakhouse... have you ever eaten at one? Their steaks are AMAZING and out of this world. They are pretty much legendary in the reputation for having steaks that are off the charts awesome. I think it's safe to say that this guy knows what he is talking about. As for the red center, that is how a medium rare steak is supposed to look like.
swasser89 Says:
I love the way this dude says 'ssssteak.' He really gets all the mileage out of that 's' as possible.
checkfoldcallraise Says:
mmm i love a warm red center!

In soviet Russia, steak grills you.SORRY! Had to be said. I am half way through my second year as an apprentice chef and this looks great.
SzZsoel1 Says:
And, by the way, there are millions all over the world who use this language much worse than me. Inside of some decades, English will totally split up because of the fact that its users don't really care the grammatical rules and they accomodate it to their native languages. So there's nothing to talk about.
SzZsoel1 Says:
And then what, wiseguy? You understood what I wanted to communicate and that's the point. The rest doesn't matter.
DustinTheWind2121 Says:
You do not know anything about how to speak English.
SCUGrad Says:
what happens to temp during cooking? Keep it between 500 and 600F?
SzZsoel1 Says:
I believe. But I think I'll better do grilling in my way.
Avaloner01 Says:
That is, in fact, how a good steak should be cooked.
HowdiniGuru Says:
Could not have said it myself! Thanks for watching! :)
pakilodi Says:
Is this video a joke.
Qbyers Says:
you guys are dumb, that steak is not burnt! its caramelized!
TheQuacked Says:
yea don't rest the steak...
SzZsoel1 Says:
Outside charred, inside totally raw - really perfect! You don't know nothing about grilling.
woestijngeel Says:
Oh my God, flames to the steak. Bad karma...
federicomartani Says:
I'm italian, italians are the best cookers in the world, THAT ISN'T THE WAY HOW TO COOK A STEAK. If there are flames under the steak it will be burned and it will taste awful. And the pepper has to be putted on the steak after the cooking otherwise it will taste bitter.
nulifeagain Says:
DAMN that looks good
UGURKAZIM Says:
Are you blind, the steak is burnt,
imperiumdiaboli Says:
That's not the question I was asking. Don't you look smart.
paul43073 Says:
it is a well known fact most american beef farmers pump their cattle with hormones that make the cow grow grow bigger kinda a like a steroid would, but then when humans consume the beef your also consuming the hormone or drug fed to the cattle, chicken farmers also do this.how else do you think they get a fully grown chicken from an egg in 36 days
imperiumdiaboli Says:
Why must people make fools of themselves complaining about people using the word "fuck", when it's a perfectly normal and healthy mode of expression?
imperiumdiaboli Says:
He also killed the steak when he cut it too soon off the grill.
