I'll tell you what all the so called hype is all about, a decent looking tablet for 2010 and beyound, where as the product you mentioned is styled on something from the 60's. Nokia lost the plot 3 or 4 years ago and have never recovered, which is where Apple have stepped in and given us the consumer something to replace the void.

the hardware is not worth it at all... its the same hardware that windows uses... so why is it more expensive? mac can run on most windows pc's so its completely overpriced... plus linux is better than windows or mac yet its completely free... and people dont buy windows because its affordable, windows the o/s by itself costs more than the mac o/s by itself. people buy it due to compatibility and ease of use. windows is simply more versatile than mac.

Mac is expensive but totally worth it. I have bought my IMAC from 2008 and still no issue. My Dell computer crapped out after 1 year. I had to reload the OS so many times and I still need to reload it as I type on my awesome MAC. I have worked on many expansive window server systems and they still have more problems compared to my MAC. All the nickles and dimes i invest in my MAC was totally worth it even though it was expensive. Windows sell more because its cheap and affordable.
