Still way to few if you look at the amount of people. And what is it worth if you can't do anything? It's an underdeveloped country. And there's a reason why there's a huge braindrain there, even though a small percentage of people have a proper education. A country like that should develop itself first. And you need to spend money on books and free/low cost education for that in stead of tech gadgets that don't really help. But let's talk gadgets again (or pm me).
